📦 Shipping & Delivery

  1. How long will it take to receive my order?
    We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible:
    – United States: 7–14 business days
    – International: 14–31 business days

  2. How can I track my order?
    As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on our Track Your Order page anytime.

  3. Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
    International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. These charges vary by country and are out of our control.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

  1. What is your return policy?
    We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, simply Contact Us.

  2. Will I be charged for return shipping?
    The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

  3. When will I receive my refund?
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
